【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR12391isasummaryandcompilationofthetestresultsobtainedduringthedevelopmentofthe"Flawed-CylinderBurstTest".TheconceptanddevelopmentoftheflawedcylinderbursttestisdescribedinISO/TR12391-1.Thetestisamethodforevaluatingthefractureperformanceofsteelcylindersthatareusedtotransporthighpressure,compressedgases.InthispartofISO/TR12391,testresultsarereportedforseveralhundredflawedcylinderburstteststhatwereconductedonseamlesssteelcylindersrangingintensilestrengthfromlessthan750MPauptoabout1400MPa.Thistestmethodhasbeenshowntoreliablypredictthefractureperformanceofseamlesssteelcylinders.Thetestmethodisintendedtobeusedbothfortheselectionofmaterialsanddesignparametersinthedevelopmentofnewcylinderdesignsaswellasforanefficientqualitycontroltesttobeusedduringtheproductionofcylinders.
