【摘要】:ThispartoftheEuropeanStandardEN71specifiesrequirementsforthemaximumamountofcertainsubstancesandpreparationsusedinexperimentalsetsforchemistryandrelatedactivities.Thesesubstancesandpreparationsare?chemicalsclassifiedasdangerousbytheDirectivesondangeroussubstances[1]anddangerouspreparations[2](includingsubstanceswhichhavebeenself-classifiedaccordingtotherequirementsoftheseDirectives),?substancesandpreparationswhichinexcessiveamountsmayharmthehealthofthechildrenusingthembutwhicharenotclassifiedasdangerousbytheabovementionedDirectivesand?anyotherchemicalsubstancesandpreparationsdeliveredwiththetoy.Thisstandardappliestochemistrysetsandsupplementarysets.Italsocoverstoysforexperimentswithinthefieldsofmineralogy,biology,physics,microscopyandenvironmentalsciencewhenevertheycontainoneormorechemicalsubstancesand/orpreparations.Italsospecifiesrequirementsformarking,contentslist,instructionsforuseandforequipmentintendedforcarryingouttheexperiments.OtherchemicaltoysarespecifiedinEN71-5.NOTETheterms“substance“and“preparation“asusedindirectives67/548/EEC[1]and1999/45/EC[2]arealsousedinthe“REACHRegulation”Regulation(EC)No1907/2006[4].ThisregulationrequiresthataccountbetakenoftheemerginginternationalstandardsintheregulationofchemicalssuchastheGloballyHarmonisedSystem(GHS)ofclassificationandlabellingofchemicals.TheEUhasnowproposedatimetablefortheintroductionofGHSanditisexpectedthatthetwoabovementioneddirectiveswillberepealedon1June2015.IntheGHSregulationtheterm'mixture'ratherthan'preparation'isused.Preparationsandmixturesshouldbeconsideredsynonymous;botharemixturesorsolutionsofsubstancesthatdonotreactwitheachother.
