【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofnitrogenoroxygenunitswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE),manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliesto:--alltypesofmobilenitrogenunitsandoxygenunitswithtransportablegascylindersinterchangeableforfillingpurposes;--equipmenttobecarriedwithotherGSEorvehicles,e.g.skidmountedunits,intendedforthemanualrefillofgaseousnitrogenoroxygenonaircraft(ExamplesseeAnnexA).NOTEGenerallyoxygenunitsareusedunderaircraftmaintenanceconditions,notundercommercialservicingconditions.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletonitrogenoroxygenunitswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
