【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestohydraulicmachinesforthemanufactureofbricks,blocksandelementsofcalcium-silicate(asillustratedinannexesAandB).NOTECalcium-silicatecanbereplacedbyconcrete.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttothesemachines,whenusedasintendedundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskarisingfromsignificanthazards.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesfromthepointatwhichthemixtureentersthemachine(seepoint1atannexA,B)untilthepointwherethegreenproductsareremovedfromthemachinetothecuringsystem(seepoint2ofannexA,B).4ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotcoverthoserequirementsforreducinghazardsfrommechanical,electrical,pneumatic,hydraulicorotherequipmentormachinerythataredealtwithinstandardsfortheircommonuse(TypeA,B1andB2standards).5ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardsotherthannoisehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandmaintenance,includingtheinterfaces,ofmachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromcalcium-silicate,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.NOTE1Amendmentisunderpreparationtodealwithnoise,inparticularformeasurestoreducenoiseatsourceandanoisetestcodeincludingnoisedeclaration.NOTE2Interfacesbetweenthemachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromcalcium-silicateandothersoftheinstallationaredealtwithin7.2ofEN12629-1:2000.Thisstandardestablishessafetyrequirementsand/ormethodsofprotectionwhichapplytothesemachines.Atthistime,noisehazardandvibrationhazardareconsideredasnotsignificantforthosemachines.6Theprovisionsstatedinthisstandardassumethatalloperatorshavebeenadequatelyinformedandtrained.note:1)Untilanoisetestcode(dealingwiththemeasurementanddeclarationofnoiseemissionvalues)specifictothemachinescoveredbythispartisavailabletocomplementtherequirementsof5.7.2and7.4.2ofEN12629-1:2000,itcannotbeconsideredthatnoisehazardsarecovered.
